Organisation
The Foundation is managed by a board of Governors, assisted by a Clerk who deals with the day to day administration. The Foundation is a grant giving body which relies on its endowment and does not seek funding from the public. The Governors, who are all voluntary, strive to manage the endowment to ensure there is an appropriate balance between income for distribution as grants whilst conserving capital for use by future generations.
